strange location , tiny room Positive: the pictures are very deceptive and not sure why they use lux as its definitely not that !

Positive: Not much but the shower was hot Negative: Didn't like the area. Didn't like the whole place and vibe. Very noisy. The door in our room had been kicked in it looked like where the lock was it was broken so could only keep the door shut by locking the actual door. The mattress was uncomfortable and not of good quality. The dressing table draw was broken. The bathroom had black mould on the sink and shower. The place was not nice and wont ever stay there again. It was in an area that I didnt feel safe in and looked rough. The rooms are so small. Can hear everything from the main door opening to everyone's conversations to doors opening and being locked

Negative: We didn't stay in the end as the bed was too uncomfortable. Location wasn't good either, so we decided to get somewhere rlse

Negative: The hotel had several disappointing issues during our 3-night stay. The bed was very small for me and my 12-year-old child, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Our room was on the top floor and became extremely hot, with no fan provided. We also paid £20 cash for an early check-in, which did not feel very professional. During the stay, no one came to change the towels or empty the bin. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The hair dryer was full of dust, and the kettle was dusty as well. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet expectations.
