Positive: Easy access, clean and quiet.

It’s an overall good place to stay. Positive: It was very clean,kitchen rooms and facilities and had good parking in front and the room was spacious. We arrived earlier than planned and the staff were kind enough to let us in slightly earlier than check in time. Negative: The bed was quite small for 2 people. The heater in the room didn’t work. We only stayed a night and only noticed this in the morning

Positive: Easy to check-in, room and en-suite were adequate Negative: Oven was broken and spoilt milk had spilled, rotting in the fridge.

Cumple con todo lo necesario Positive: La habitación era cómoda y cumplía con todo lo necesario. Tenía calefacción, el baño estaba muy bien, la cama era súper cómoda, el lugar estaba muy bien ubicado del centro de Belfast no está tan lejos andando y mucho menos en coche. La verdad que nos ha encantado. Teníamos problemas para abrir la puerta principal pero llamando por teléfono donde se pone el código, nos solucionó el problema en 0’ Cada vez que salíamos o entrábamos nos abrían, asique 10/10 En la habitación teníamos agua, vasos, había Nescafé Negative: Diríamos que la parte común como es la cocina, entramos para visualizarla para ver si hacemos uso de ella pero estaba las instalaciones por dentro muy mal. A simple de vista todo estaba recogido y se observaba limpio, pero la nevera por dentro estaba asquerosa.

Awful Positive: Nothing Negative: DO NOT BOOK. worst experience ever. Arrived at venue got told need to be at other location over 20 mins away . Got there. Place full of homeless drug addicts blaring loud music shouting screaming the entire night. Finally at 12am Called manager. Got relocated back to original venue. Fire alarm went off at 6am. Didn’t sleep a wink between both venues. Bed with hair from previous guest. No parking at all. Had to move car 4 times. Book elsewhere and save your money. This place is let to the council for homeless junkies not worth the stress and headache you will go through.
